How the application works

To study in the United Arab Emirates, international students need to obtain a student residence visa.

Usually:

• or through the GDRFA system

In practice:
most universities submit the documents on the student's behalf

3. Handing over documents

The student usually:

• sends the required documents to the university

• after which the educational institution submits the visa application
